Services Offered
Testy Point is an e-commerce platform offering delivery and sale of ready-to-eat food and beverages, perishable and non-perishable groceries, electronics and appliances, clothing, and household essentials. Delivery times vary based on product type, location, and availability, and typically range from 30 minutes to 48 hours.
Account Registration
To place orders on Testy Point, you must register using a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to provide a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. You should be available to receive the order at the given location. Once an order is placed, you are expected to review all details carefully. Please note that orders cannot always be canceled or modified after placement, depending on the product category and time passed.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Testy Point provides category-based refund and cancellation policies. You are requested to review the full Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing an order. A summary is provided here:
For ready-to-eat food orders, if canceled within 1 minute, a 100% refund is issued. If canceled between 1–15 minutes, only a 40% refund will be provided. After 15 minutes or once food preparation starts, no refund is given.
For perishable grocery items like dairy or fresh produce, a full refund is given only if canceled within 1 minute. After that, no refund is applicable.
For non-perishable grocery items, 80% of the amount will be refunded if canceled within 30 minutes. No refund is issued after that.
Clothing orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. If canceled within 7 days but after the first 24 hours, 89% of the amount will be refunded. No refunds are applicable after 7 days.
For electronics and other products, cancellation is allowed only before shipment. Once shipped, the order is non-refundable.
Situations Where No Refund or Redelivery Will Be Provided
No refund, replacement, or redelivery will be given in cases where the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, an unreachable mobile number, or fails to answer the call when the rider arrives. If the delivery location is inaccessible, such as a building with more than four floors and no lift, no refund will be issued. Orders refused by the customer without a valid reason will also not be refunded. In cases of delay or cancellation caused by lockdowns, strikes, weather conditions, or other local disruptions, Testy Point holds no responsibility for refunds.
Delivery Attempt Policy and Waiting Time
For instant delivery items like food, grocery, and clothing, the delivery rider will wait for 5 to 7 minutes. In some cases, this may be extended to a maximum of 30 minutes at the rider’s discretion. If the customer is still unreachable or unresponsive, the order will be marked undelivered, and no refund will be given.
For clothing and electronics with scheduled delivery, up to 2–3 delivery attempts may be made. However, redelivery and refund in such cases are solely at the discretion of Testy Point.
Post-Delivery Complaint & Replacement Conditions
Testy Point may consider refund or replacement requests only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Complaints must be valid, such as wrong item, manufacturing defect, expired or missing product. Time limits for raising a complaint depend on the category:
For ready-to-eat food, complaints must be raised within 30 minutes of delivery. For other food items, complaints should be made between 30 minutes and 2 hours, but not later than 24 hours. For groceries, complaints must be made within 24 to 48 hours. For clothing and electronics, complaints are accepted within 24 to 72 hours. Complaints raised after the allowed time will not be considered.
Photo or video evidence may be requested. No refund or replacement will be issued if the product is found to be used or tampered with.
Refund Processing & Deductions
Refunds, if approved, are processed at the sole discretion of Testy Point. Customers cannot demand a specific resolution. A service charge between 7% and 27% may be deducted from the refund amount. In special or disputed cases, a higher deduction may apply depending on the complexity of the issue.
Refund Options for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
For COD orders approved for a refund, customers can choose between refund to the Testy Point wallet or to their bank account/UPI. If you choose a bank transfer, you must submit the following details via WhatsApp or email: account holder name, account number or UPI ID, and IFSC code. If no option is specified, the refund will be processed to your Testy Point wallet by default for faster resolution.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the product category and customer location. They are as follows:
- Food: 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Groceries: 30 minutes to 24 hours
- Electronics: 6 hours to 48 hours Household
- Items: 2 hours to 48 hours
- Clothing: 12 hours to 48 hours
In some situations, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 days due to stock availability or local conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
While Testy Point strives to deliver orders on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery times. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers of any delays whenever possible.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the platform are in INR and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Testy Point accepts payments via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD). Only 7% to 10% of the wallet balance can be used per order. Wallet usage may be restricted on certain items or offers.
If a transaction fails or if there is a double charge, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after proper verification. In such cases, customers are required to submit screenshots and order details by email.
Customer data is stored securely and is only shared with delivery or support partners as necessary to fulfill your order or resolve complaints. Misuse of the app or abusive behavior towards staff may result in account suspension or legal action. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
All logos, images, texts, and other content on the Testy Point platform are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, duplication, or tampering with the app or website is strictly prohibited.
Testy Point shall not be held responsible for order delays or non-deliveries caused by factors outside our control, such as incorrect address, customer absence, or weather disruptions. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Testy Point reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform after changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City].
accesses special features of the Testy Point app/website such as Job applications, Sell services, or Investment opportunities, a separate contract or agreement will be drafted for each of these categories. Users availing these options will be required to explicitly agree to additional terms and conditions through a formal process. This may include signed documents, physical verification, or other compliance procedures as required. These processes are governed separately and do not fall under the standard transactional policies mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. All necessary documentation will be maintained in both digital and physical form, as per applicable laws and internal procedures.
We would also like to inform you that you may sometimes be able to use up to 25% or even more of your wallet balance. This offer may be available for a limited time. Whenever we decide to provide an additional discount, we will increase the wallet access limit for the customer.
The 25% will be calculated based on the total amount available in your wallet. For example, if you have ₹200 in your wallet, you will be able to use 25% of ₹200 towards your order. Similarly, if you have ₹100 in your wallet, you can use ₹25. This is just an example.
This offer may be valid only for a very limited period or at any time we choose to provide this facility to customers according to our requirements.
The wallet usage limit can also be increased beyond 25% whenever we wish to offer customers more convenience, allowing them to use a higher portion of their wallet balance for their orders.
It is also possible that this discount will apply to all order categories or only to certain limited orders, depending on conditions, the type of order, and other factors.
If the delivery location is situated in a complex, building, or society with very high security arrangements, restricted access, or any other significant barriers that make it difficult for the delivery rider to reach the customer, additional service charges may apply.
Such conditions include, but are not limited to, premises requiring extensive security checks, permissions from guards or facility management, or buildings with no functional lift where the delivery must be carried above the 4th floor.
In such cases, an extra charge may be applied ranging approximately between ₹10 to ₹100 per order, or in special circumstances, between ₹10 to ₹500 per order, depending on the situation and effort required.
Alternatively, the charge could be calculated up to approximately 35%–40% of the total order value.
Customers are advised to inform Testy Point in advance if their address falls under these categories.
If the customer fails to disclose such information before placing the order, any applicable charges may be communicated and added later.
Testy Point reserves the right to determine and collect these charges at its sole discretion.
